Refund of Cancelled ticket not given

Dear Sir,

I have made a booking on 5 Jan vide booking ID: 4110101530.This was a round trip ticket from Kolkata to PortBlair. My date of journey was:

I have traveled from Kolkata to Portblair but have cancelled the ticket from PortBlair to kolkata on 25th April.

As per AI cancellation rules I am expecting a refund after deducting 150 Rs. It has been a month now but still I am expecting refund.

When I am calling the Tele callers customer support they are saying that this ticket is not valid please contact city office and in city office they are saying that this is an online ticket so we won't be bale to help you out.

Please let me know what am i supposed to do now. Even the numbers they have given for refund information nobody picks those numbers and keeps on ringing.
