Totally unethical and unscrupulous airline

I am a practicing Advocate at Delhi. In January I booked a round trip Delhi-Trivandrum-Delhi for my wife and minor son. The outbound journey was scheduled for 12th May and the inbound journey 11th June. The tickets booked online and printed out indicated refund of fare less 15% addl. charges up to 72hrs before Journey. In March I sought cancellation of bookings. I was unable to get through the " 24x7" Helpline and hence made a written request forwarded by speed post to Air Deccan Head Office at Bangalore. I Was asked to contact Mr. Suraj Chengappa by email- but till date I have not received any part of the Rs.17, 596/- paid through my credit card. I have filed proceedings before the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission New Delhiin respect of the Unfair Trade Practices being indulged in by the Airlines. I am also instituting a Criminal Complaint for cheating, criminal breach of trust etc against the Airlines, its MD and also its CFO. Do beware of this totally unethical and unscrupulous Airline.
