I myself Ranjeet Ranjan. I have booked 3 tickets having PNR No. 6242384784.Two Tickets were confirmed & unfortunately one ticket was not confirmed I talked your customer care about refund of amount. He told me to File TDR as soon as possible. I filed TDR on 22/07. (Name- Renu Devi 45 Yrs. Female).95 days has been gone but its amount not Creditaed in my account till date.
