ONLINE TRAIN TICKET CANCELLED NOT REFUND

Respected Sir,

I am Babu Rao G cancelled online train ticket PNR NO:1352017398 on dated 26.09.2011 through irctc.co.in website. I got refund mail from them, but the refund amount of Rs.722/- not yet credited to my state bank account. I informed to the concerned authorities through mails but still they were not sent refund amount. So please justify my case as per your rules and i beg for my refund amount and suitable compensation for their bad service to me.
