TDR refund not received

Dear Sir/Madam

I have booked internet ticked from delhi to gorakhpur on 17.03.2011 Date Of Journey 19/3 but due to JAAT agitation/protest the train was cancellened, after this i file TDR on 01.04.2011 (within 30 days) but the refund i did not get till date.

Pls help me to get my refund.
