Non-refund of Tatkal ticketing Reg

Sir,

I have started my Journey from Bhubaneswar in Rajdhani Express (No.22823) PNR 6203709739 on 21st Nov but the train was delayed by more than 24 Hrs due to fog and I have booked other tickets accordingly to reach Haridwar in 12055 train on 22.11.2011 PNR 2557520342 as the train got delayed I booked tatkal tickets twice through online in train 12205 (Ndls DDN AC Exp) PNR 2228547650 and another ticket costing 2100/- (PNR ...) in same day i.e. 22.11.2011 for the train depart at 11:30 am (NDLS). as train is too late I could not caught the train.

I asked for refund and the answer was as it is in tatkal no refund for you.

Please suggest how to get my money back.

This is not my fault why I'll loose it?
