Non Refund of cancelled ticket

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had cancelled my e-ticket PNR No: 2155754355 for reservation in 2901 BDTS Garib Rath Express for the date 04/01/09; due to more than 6 hrs of delay in train departure time.

I was supposed to receive my refund within 90 days but have not received it till date.

An early action and reply in this regard will be highly appreciated.
