Refund of Money due to Network failure transcation

Dear Sir,

I tried to book my Railway Reservation ticket through IRCTC Online e-ticketing facility on 19/06.

During the booking process due to network failure my transcation could not succeed and reservation was not done. When i cheked my account balance immediately the balance was showing less amount by Rs 387-03.

I request you to kindly look in to this issue and credit my amount of Rs 387-03 to my account number.
