Ticket fare not refunded evern after a lapse of three months

I booked three tickets for the train No.0612 on 3rd December in PNR No.43128169760 and cancelled the ticket on 4th, the next day. I was asked to wait for 90 days for the refund. Even after a lapse of 90 days, there is no refund. Kindly allow me to get back the ticket amount.
