No Refund For Past 10 Months

I filed a TDR on 7/11 as train was more than 13 hours late.

Its been more than 10 months, still no refund has taken place.

The staff is totally non responsive.

Details are as Follows:

PNR Number 4111487885 Booked On 15-10

Transaction ID 0151230099 Ticket Type eticket

Class 1A Internet Service Charge Rs 25.00

Date Of Journey 06/11 Ticket Charge Rs 8740.00

Bank ICICI Total Rs 8765.00

Train No 2431 Railway Zone NR

From Station MADGAON (MAO) IRCTC Zone CCM/Refund, Northern Railway New Delhi

To Station H NIZAMUDDIN (NZM) Quota General.

Even Sent a mail to [email protected] and [email protected] but no positive response.

On phone also no response.

Now I dont understand whats the way out.
