the train was canceled due to some reason bt my money was not refunded to my account. Then i filed a TDR to IRCTC on against of it and they tell me to wail for 30 to 90 days.the details of TDR is given below :-

now its over 90 days bt still there is no action taken on this on 05/07.
i also mail a reminder mail to "[email protected]" on 01/07.IRCTC give me a number of ECR ZONE "06224277211", but every time i call some one pick the phone but not response over there.
Now m really tired of doing this, so its my kindly request to you to pls help me.
