Refund of unused ticket

Rail ticket purchased under PNR No.614-1670134 for journey from Patna to New Delhi. The journey could not undertake on sheduled date i.e. 16.06.2010 due to some personal problem.

Now I am running after the Reservation counter for refund. All the times they are replying that the coach incharge has not submitted report that the berth remained vacant. I am sending this complaint to Railway Vigilance department too.
