IRCTC TDR Money refund is not done

For the given PNR No. 8332534163 i have booked 2 tickets for me and my wife from pune to vijyayawada on Konark express on for date of journey 24/7. Only one ticket is got confirmed. I have filed the on 30 July. Even though 3 months over i didn't get money. These are my details.
