Not refund deposite money

Deer sir,

i am dealer of indu gas corporation pvt.ltd. i have deposit 1000000/ as security money &200000/for licence .but the service is not good, so i want return deposit money. i contact company officers&director k.k. verma. but he give me a check on date 30.06.2011. which is bouns after this i contact officer but not good response.
