Refund of ticket wrongly debited due to online erro

I bought a ticket number 2873627 on the name of my daughter Mehak kapoor for Cal-Del-Cal dated DN 701 -on 28.5.07 / and return on DN 702 on 4.6.07, but I have been debited on my credit card twice. How can one person board the same flight on the same day and time twice???

I need a credit back on my card immediately else the bank has asked me to pay double, which I am not ready to do.
