Sir,

I tried to book sleeper class ticket from Bhubaneswar through IRCTC yesterday (16th July) through my debit card thrice, TRANSECTION IDs-0529134817, 0529149195, 0529152261 for the train no 15629 form Bhubaneswar to Guwahati for the date 31st july.

But due to transection error, the booking failed showing - PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED FROM BANK (citing the error-REDIRECT=http://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do? com.broadvision.session.new Yes&) but from my account total of INR 1724/ (twice Rupees 862/-) was deducted.

Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently.
