Not getting refund against PNR 2101255993

Have cancel the ticket on 01.01. reason is that the railway

has cancel the train due to heavy fog in north side. I have file the

TDR against them, Now it is almost 90 days over still I have not got

the Refund or any kind of details against the PNR.
