Non refund of TDR filed

AA) The refund against following PNRs not received after filing the TDR as train was late for more than 3 hrs

27.01. PNR no 8339537965 - no refund received till date.

27.04. PNR no 2404995773 & 2204461112 - only 50% refund received, which should have been full amount as train was late for more than 3 hrs.

BB) Refunds are taking more than usual time on cancelled tickets also.
