I booked ticket online for 18/08 from agra cantt. to H. Nizamuddin but did not travel. I filled tdr on 26/08 but no money was refunded. Railways claimed that the passangers have travelled on the ticket. This is not true. I want railways to recheck the records and refund my money. Please do the needful. I have send the ticket, tdr and refund details also.
