Dear Sir,
I would like to complaint about the refund I am receiving from IRCTC's E - Reservation.
In normal across the counter tickets when a train is late for more than 3 hours, the refund is made in full after deducting a nominal amount.
But in case of e-tickets, I have been receiving only 50% amount. Can you clarify why is that happening.
I can give you the details of tickets for which I have received only 50% or less refund.
Kindly let me know why is that happening.
