Egarding cancellation refund

Helo sir/mam

i booked 3 tickets on 10th november and i cancelled them on same date due to some reason. My refund status is showing as:

Cancel Refund Status

> S No.. Transaction ID PNR No. Total Amount Bank Reason

> 1 0272005527 4223193329 Rs 269 PNB Cancelled

> 2 0271996137 8149111149 Rs 203 PNB Cancelled

> 3 0271961644 4535629340 Rs 573 PNB Cancelled

But i am not getting my refund in my accound although i claim several times.

Please i need your coperation.
