Egarding refund

I was reserving a train ticket and at the time of payment IRCTC Server become dump

so that I could not able to book the ticket.

I did not get any mail or confirmation message from IRCTC of booking ticket

But transaction amount has been detected from my SBI account

The Transaction Id is:

POS 111836607851 IRCTC.

please refund my amount.
