TDR Refund Request - REJECTED

Respected Sir,

I booked an Eticket - PNR# 4545006855.

1 SHANMUGANATHAN T 26 Male Upper

2 SUDHA B 26 Female Lower

3 RAJESHWARI 53 Female Lower

4 BALAN 58 Male Lower NOCONC

5 PUNITHAVATHY 53 Female Lower

6 THIRUNAVUKKARASU 58 Male Lower NOCONC

> All these tickets were under waitlist while the time of booking.

> Out of 6 tickets I have cancelled two tickets well ahead and two tickets got confirmed just before the travel and two were waitlisted.

> As I didnt get confirmed tickets for all 4, I booked tatkal where I got two tickets PNR# 4233350935.

So I have two confirmed and two waitlisted on the same ticket - PNR# 4545006855. I couldnt cancel my waitlist tickets as chart was prepared and I thought ITCTC would refund my amount promplty but didnt happened so far. So I filed a TDR refund but It was rejected. Please look into it and do the needful.
