Dear Team,
On 13 Apr I was booked my reservation through irctc site. I made the payment and the money has been deducted from my HDFC bank account. Due to some reason I had cancelled my ticket. But till date i have not received my refundable money. I though it will received with in 90 days but yet there is no any action.
Following are my details.
Transaction id for this is : 0331019979.
Money deducted from my HDFC account is 895/-.
In this the cases refund details says that "Payment Not Received From Bank".
if it was not received then why money was deducted from my account.
