I had triedto book railway ticket through my irctc account on 2nd june using my sbi atm cum debit card.theyshowed me "transaction failed" yet the amount had been deducted from my account twice and not yet refunded.tickets were also not booked.please help. MY PHONE NO.&-9232610964
