Dear Sir,
I was booked the ticket through IRCTC from Ghaziabad to Deoria Sadar.but the train had been diverted to it's actual route due to which we were not able to travel on this ticket. I was submitted the TDR entry for the cancellation process and when i check on irctc site it show CCM registered only. I want to know how long time taken by you for the cancellation and refunding process.
please kindly as soon as possible cancel the ticket and refund the balance.
