Money deducted from SBI account without issuing of ticket

My name is Shabbir Ahmad. I have booked 2 tickets through irctc online booking on 17-08 for a journey from ALD to ALJN on 05-09. I used SBI bank associates card (SBT Debit card) for making payment. A total of Rs 508 was deducted from my account but the transaction was failed due to some issue with the connection. The reservation status is shown as not booked but the amount has been deducted from my account. When can i expect to get the refund? Please help.
