I made an e ticket on the name Suyash Verma in train no.13010Doon Express from Dehradun to Varanasi central on 13th Oct. 2010 by internet but it showed processing for near about one hour but the ticket was not sent to me.besides it 329 rupees were deduced from my sbi atm card whose no. is 6220180235900044902 & my transiction id was 0403621561. I also got only Rs10 refunded to my account. So i want to get the full balance (remaining 319) refund in my sbi account. MY MOBILE NO. IS 9026561968
