I was travelling from Hyderabad to Bhopal on 4th May in Jet Konnect flight 9W2748. The flight was delayed by one hour, it was supposed to reach at 1:30 but reached at 2:30. When I reached Bhopal, my luggage was missing.
When I complained, they said that at Hyderabad, few of the bags were offloaded, but they did not even inform us prior to that. It is a huge irresponsibility on their part.
I was supposed to travel on the same day to Gwalior but I had no luggage and I have not received it till today and they are not responding properly.
I dont know what to do.
