Baggage Misplace

My mother travelled from New Delhi to Bhopal through JetLite. The details are as follows:

Date of Journey: 06.06.2011

Flight Details: S2-215

Passenger Name: Not Disclosing

From: New Delhi To: Bhopal

There is an Immediate concern which I need to raise, and seek quick resolution

ISSUE: Baggage neither delivered, nor reported as misplaced at Bhopal Airport.

When my mother found that she could not find the luggage at the belt, she conveyed it to the JetLite representative at the Bhopal Airport. The Representative conveyed that they have noted down the concern and gave three contact numbers for the follow up (0755-2645676/77/78). Also assured her that the Baggage will be brought to Bhopal by evening flight from Delhi and delivered at the door step same evening.

The Bar Code details of the misplaced baggage: XXXXSYYYYYYY.

She being the aged lady has been duped by the JetLite representative at the airport. The representative did not file any formal complaint nor gave her and acknowledging receipt.

This is highly unexpected from the JetLite Authorities and its unprofessional.

The baggage has not been delivered yet, nor anyone is taking the call (0755-2645676/77/78) which was given to her.
