My name is premkumar. my bike is pulsur 150cc2010.i sent my bike to kavi bajaj service centre trichy for regular service.sorry to say this they are very irresponsive and irregular in their service.they damaged the tank and made some mistakes.service is mainly for customers but they didnt take care of the customers emotions and feelings.even the manager should not take care about the problem.all the workers supervisors managers are very worst and mannerless people.my bike is very lucky and prestige for me.but it is a thing for them.ihad never seen a worst and irregular service centre like kavi bajaj try.nowadays the entire world is moving towards globalisation focussing customer care and satisfaction.but your company is having workers like mannerless carelessand irregular attitudesmy suggestion is please close your kavi bajaj service centre trichy. please take care of my suggestions and how did kavi bajaj recorrect their blunder mistake.i want my bike with new tank otherwise iwill take severe action through press media police and consumer court.
