Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that one of Maruti Agency- Auto Point (service) at 70 B Rattan Park, Opp Ramesh Nagar, Shivaji Marg New Delhi-15, have cheated me, last Sunday (15/05) i visited at Auto point agency in order to check my car, as my Alto Car (DL2CAH3128) was having some problem in power steering and getting some noise. At the time of checking Auto point Staff told me, that i need to replace safety wall of power steering and also need to replace some minor parts, which cost would be around Rs 3500. i told him ok go ahead. thereafter auto point staff who are not well trained.they open the entire power steering and in place of power steering safety wall they got it bald without my consult and without caring my safety.
They force me to pay rs 4452, whereas problem is still there and powersteering is getting more noise . i mean problem is still there. i am not able to drive properly because of this my daily work is getting effected.
Request you to look into this matter and take the appropriate action to repair my car asap.
