I had booked a direct Mum-Jaipur flight for Dec 25th and the booking date was Sep 17.
Two weeks back I was informd that this flight is rescheduled to Mum-Udai (11.35 am to 13.00)
and thereafer Udai-Jaipur (13.40 onwds) whicvh I was ok though I would be a bit late.
However now I got a shock of my life when the flght from Mum-Udaipr is once again rescheduled to 12.10
pm but unfortunately the Udai-Jaipur flight is not reschedled. Hence I will be missing this and my total holiday plan was jeopardised. I had paid for the hotel booking for Jaipur entire day and the car travel for sightseeing
This has caused me immensed mental agony as I had to cancel your flight and take the direct GoAir flight
from Mu-Jaipur in the afternoon.
The option given by Kingfisher at the last minute was Mum-Delhi and Delhi-Jaipur which would be reaching
Jaipur at 9 pm. and thus not serving any purpose and wasting my entire day.
Kingfisher should refund me the differential amount i paid to GoAir as the rates had gone up tremendously
since it was only one day prior to the actual date of travel.
I am astonished at this behaviour and indifference of Kingfisher staff who has not shown any concern for my problems and are not willing to accomodate me on any other direct flight earlier in the day though such options are available. Is this what their 5 star service and quality and what not is all about?
Any international airline (as they compare themselves to that qualitywise) would give an alternate accomodation or bear the travellers' stay & food cost etc. or better still put them on a convinient flight so that the passenger is not left high and dry. Today I came to know that Kingfisher is also like any other
low cost airline which will look only for its gains. Shame on you!!!
