Refund of Ticket amount

I had tried to booked an e ticket through above airlines website on 9th May in the name of Mr. Charanjeet Chanderpal, my journey date & return was on 10th May in Mumbai-Delhi sector. First, I did not get my PNR no. & my ticket was not booked but amount of Rs. 13056 was debited from my account. Then I called their Customer Care No. & I was assured that I will get my amount refunded in 2 days & ticket has not been booked.

Then I booked ticket from my another account of PNR NO. OBWFLH.

It has been more than 6 days but I had not got my money refunded. I had repeatedly mailed them my grievances but they are not responding even they are not replying my mails.take some proper measure so that nobody have to face such harrassment
