We (kisan, asha and ishika agarwal (3 year old) had confirmed tickets from bangkok to mumbai on 07/11 at 8.45 am (reservation code-NOYYCS). but our flight was cancelled by king fisher airlines. there was no prior information on the same through email, on there website, phone, sms nothing at all. i had tried to call up the airlines on 06/11 till 11.00pm and also see the status of flight on there website till then but there was no update. when i reached the airport they said the flight has been cancelled due to technical reasons. and they shifted me to a night flight thai airways tg317 at 6.45pm. there was lot of problem for me since i was travelling with my family especially a 3 year old kid. the airlines could have easily shifted me to jet airways airlines which was the next flight, but they did not do so. i saw there was availability in the jet airways flight and asked them to shift me in jet airways.

i had to agree to kingfisher airlines people there in bangkok because i did not know what to do there. i was harrassed a lot because of this kingfisher airlines mis management.

now i would like full refund of my tcket from bangkok to mumbai which would roughly be rs 19, 500.
