TRAVEL DENIED BY JET AIRWAYS

I have the honour to submit the following for your kind consideration and favourable action.
I purchased a Jet Airways return journey ticket from a Idris Travel Agency, Kuwait for my journey from Kuwait to Kochi via Mumbai and back. I traveled from Kuwait on 26 Jul as per the date and time. I reported for my return journey at Kochi International Air port on 11 Sep 2010 at 1310 hours. The check-in staff for jet air ways counter at the airport denied to issue the boarding pass and told me that the transit time is very less in Mumbai. When they know the transit is time is very less in Mumbai then why they issued ticket. The time as per my ticket is 1.40 hours (A copy of the ticket is enclosed for ready reference). The staff advised me to contact travel agency/Kochi Office. I reported personally in Kochi office and asked to reissue a ticket and also told them that I have to be present for duty at last on 16 Sep 2010 as the service will be terminated by the Company as per the existing company rules. The staff at jet Air ways office told me that there is no ticket available until 16 Sep 2010.But all the things go in to vain. So I approached a Travel agency at my native place and told the problem which I faced and asked his help to find a ticket for me to Kuwait on or before 16 Sep 2010. The travel agency arranged me a ticket for Kuwait on 16 Sep 2010. Fortunately or unfortunately the travel agency also arranged the ticket in same carrier at high price (A copy of the same also enclosed). When Kochi Jet airways office failed to arrange a ticket on 16 Sep how come an Agent can do that with same date, I cannot explain the mental tension suffered by me and my family because I was afraid of loosing my job.
In view of the above, I request your valuable advice and to whom should I lodge the complaint for my compensation as per the government new rule. My E-mail kochukidakkottu@yahoo, com
