Wrong meter reading

I have travelled in yellow cab number WB04E-0028 from kankurgachi to barasat which is a distance of 25 kilometers maximum whereas the net meter charging was Rs 384 (Rs191 in meter). this is an overcharging of at least 35-40%. date of travel is 30.5.2011.
