I have purchase a scratch remover pen thro' rediff shopping having order no. 6543742 and Transaction number 6251390865
This product sent by M/s Asif Haji Ismail Kapadia. I have tried to call the number mentioned in Bill 9833657822 for complaining that the product sent by them is not working after washing scratch comes again but I found that cell number given in bill itself is not working. Then I had written a mail to them in this regard but there is no responce
Now I request you to please co-ordinate with them and inform them to re collect the product sent by them and refund my money. Failing to this we have a no option but to proceed for legal action for the cheating case.
