I purchased a SL tickets for my family members on 13-JUNE to travel from Coimbatore to Angamali, the journey date will be 22-JULY. But the transaction was failed and I saw in the TICKET HISTORY, the amount of Rs.289/- was refunded to my bank on 15-JUNE. Sofar the same amount is not yet credited in my bank account.
The Transactin ID is 0512204850 by Train No:16526 KK Exp. Travel Date: 22-JULY. Kindly inform me about the credit with my bank.
