I have purchased air tickets from make my trip.com on 28 Apr 10 . Journey from Kolkata to Dimapur. during my booking problem occured in internet connection and i couldnot complete my booking. Meanwhile i have been deducted an amount of Rs 2279from my SBI bank account (00000020054517710). I have already longed a complaint with ref ID IN1004B12201. Pl refund my deducted amount and credit in my account. An early action is requested pl.
