MONEY NOT REFUNDED

I made my booking through make my trip for the kingfisher flight. My flight got cancelled and when i contacted kingfisher airlines that i need to contact make my trip.i contacted make my trip, they told me that my total amount will be refunded but it was not refunded. Again i called them again and again, now they are telling me they need stamped paper document from airlines and so on .they are not ready to refund my money back.
