Dear Sir/ Madam,
With reference to flight booking through makemytrip, please note that I could not get any e-ticket against the confirmed Booking No. FLT000016157582 dated 26.05.10 through makemytrip from Delhi to Ahmedabad within 30 minutes time frame given by you.
I also wish to bring in your notice that there was a very urgent business meeting planned in Ahmedabad linked through flight booking said above.
Till time I donot have any response either on phone or mail from makemytrip. However, on telephonic discussion undersigned had by myself to their customer support, I got very worst feedback. I got fedback from your customer support that the confirmed booked ticket as said above was not confirmed and there is a failure in there system.
Above failure has put a very bad impact on me and will be viewed seriously.
Please look into matter and respond.
