I booked air ticket for Kolkatta-New Delhi for a journey on 14th November by Jet Konnect 9W-2278 through Mak my trip. I cancelled it on 11th November and there is a mail from Make my trip that refund amount of Rs2000 shall be credited to abk account. In spite of regular communication there is no sight of refund. They wanted my bank details for refund. As I was not eager to share the bank details, they informed me that unless I provide the same they will not refund. Thereafter I provided the bank details on 20th November. Till date they have nt refunded the amount. They informed me that due to some technical problem, they will not be able to refund the money. Can you suggest how I can get my refund. Can I take it to Consumer forum or I had to take legal steps to get the refund. Any assistence and guidnace is highly appreciated.
