Rail Cancellation Money (Oct25th) is not yet refund to my Bank Account

Hi

I have cancelled 3 train tickets on Oct 25th,

Booking ID = NR251272229842

Booking ID = NR251272229766

Booking ID = NR251272229984

with Phone no. is 9869085134

and got a Refund Confirmation Mail from your side also on Oct 29th.

BUT the money is not yet come to my Bank Account.

I already had a talk to my Bank Manager about it.

They checked and found that they didn't received any money from your side.

Below is the mail from CitiBank:

Dear Mr. Deori,

This is with reference to your email dated November 25.

We are concerned to note the dissatisfaction expressed in your mail.

We confirm that we are not in receipt of refund from the merchant.

Any inconvenience caused to you in this regard is regretted.

I also talk to Makemytrip Customer Care Executive 20 - 30 times regarding this issue, but nothing had happen till now. Its more than 3 months now, I haven't got the money.

Please Help.
