Money not refunded

I have booked a flight via makemytrip from bangalore to Gwalior for 24th Feb.

But as the flight was cancelled so makemytrip assured me that my whole money (16004 Rs.) will be refunded back and the process will take 5-7 working days.

I received this communication from makemytrip on 23rd Feb and after that I received only 1116 Rs. on 29th Feb.

After follow up multiple times there was one more refund of 4949 Rs. on 22nd March.

so, in total out of 16004 Rs, i have received only 6065 Rs. and. I am still yet to receive the remaining 9939 Rs..

For which I have called up so many times and every time customer service assures me that I will be receiving the remaining money in next 48 hrs. but nothing has happened so far.

My booking id was NF2202415378929.

Please help me in getting my money back from makemytrip.
