I have tried numerous times to book tickets (Port Blair to Chennai) since 17/12/09 and everytime I had some or the other problem. This morning I tried for the last time, a payment of INR 10056 was collected from my card account and I got an error saying the ticket could not be booked and I will get a refund in 2 business days.
Now I am in a catch 22 situation with no tickets for my return and no balance on my credit card to book another ticket. I am totally broke and unhappy with the service I have received. I have always preferred MakeMyTrip for all my travels, but with this experience I really have a doubt whether I will continue with them, unless I get some assurance that I will get the tickets for 28-Dec-09.
I am going for a business trip to China on 02-Jan-10 and I have to report to the office on 29-Dec-09. Due to no error of my own I am going through all these suffering.
I have tried contacting MakeMyTrip to get a solution to this several times today, but to no avail. I was promised that a manager would call me back within 4 hours, but I did not receive any callbacks. I emailed them at [email protected] as advised by the customer service representative, but did not receive any acknowledgment. If there is someone who listen to customer complaints please get some solution to this issue as this is extremely urgent.
