I was trying to book a flight ticket on Indian airlines on 25 Feb (Kolkotta to Delhi for 2st May). During transaction (Debit card) after clicking “pay” and waiting for a while I was shown the error statement that the transaction could not be made. So I redid the booking and this time was successful. However on perusing my SBI statement I found amount of Rs13096 has been debited twice, but I have received only one ticket.
On perusing the complaint site for “make my trip” I was shocked to see similar complaints.
