No refund yet

Hi All,

I had tried to book a ticket from NDLS to ALD from MakeMyTrip.com but twice the process got stuck at the payments page. When I checked my account I was deducted for the transaction although no ticket was booked. My transaction IDs is RAL60001326772.. the payment still pending although I have made hundreds of phone calls to them and every time the same answer 'Sir this time please wait 48 working hours and you will surely get a reply or a refund'but no Refund yet..They are not concerened at all... please help me out..as i am closing my account from that bank in 5 days and i want the refund within 5 days... thanku...
