Dear Sir

I have purchase a Maruti Ritz LDI on 8th october from you dealer MARKETING TIMES first service done on 21/10. on 23rd Oct. I was going to my office in delhi BRT road suddenly I feel that my car is stopped running I change the gear but no result I was shocked what should I do? I call your MOS they told me with in 5 to 10 minutes our asstnt. will call u but after three time calling and after 2 hours that MOS van came and He checked the car and told me that R H S Excel was out or lock broken. Now car is in the Marketing Times workshop. Now my question is this WHY SHOULD I RETAIN THIS CAR???

this is not the matter of service please understand me this matter of trust on MARUTI whenever I will go on highway I will never trust on this car. I have drive Hundai cars from last ten years but never felt like this that after 15 days of purchasing new car Excle was out on plain road. Now I am driving Honda City never gave me any problem but after long time (I have purchased One Maruti 800 car in 1997) I purchase your car because of Deisel but now I am feeling bad on my decision. Now I dont want this car please give me new other RITZ/SWIFT car because I never Trust this car. Please help me to save your goodwill and name PLEASE CHANGE MY CAR
