1. I am Col Ashis Kumar Mishra. My Sister S Senapati has booked the car with Jyoti Motor, Balasore. The detail are as follows.

2. The dealer response to the problem is extremely poor. I think only option left is to file a case against the dealer in consumer court. Even after speaking to marketing div of eastern zone no confirmed date has been given. My aim is to convey mgt to be more professional.
